P8 Real Estate Solutions is both purpose and solution driven. Our focus is on development of neighborhood marketplaces within Detroit neighborhoods. Large developments are nice, but I believe that small projects can have significant impacts as well.

You supporting this neighborhood marketplace will help bring healthy food and drink options, back to the NW Goldberg neighborhood and repurpose the long vacant Crockett Grocery store within the vibrant NW Goldberg neighborhood. Kornr Store will also offer a coffee bar, pre-packaged foods, some groceries, beverages, snacks and a small mix of personal and home items.

Your donation will be used at Kornr Store located at 6224 16th Street, Detroit, MI 48208 to buildout the interior, install new exterior stairs, install perimenter fencing and contruct a small courtyard for directly behind the building.
